Excellent serviced apartment hotel and very large room with everything you need

Excellent serviced apartment hotel, very large room with kitchen, microwave, washing machine, and large bathroom with separate toilet. All staff very very helpful and polite. Location is great in downtown Sri Racha, surrounded by great many Japanese & BBQ restaurants or drinking bars. Short walk to waterfront, two shopping centres and some 7-elevens.

Loved this place. Spent 40 days here on business and was very confortable!

Lovely comfortable room, perfect location and lovely staff. Laundry very cheap at only 30baht per item - much better value than most hotels.

WiFi is a bit unstable, had to use my mobile for most business wifi calls.

Wonderful

Room is so spacious maybe too big for a sole traveller. But It's always good to have spacious room. Pool and gym are quite small but acceptable.

Short trip for workation

It’s 1-bedroom with living room and cooking space. So it’s spacious! The location is not bad, there are few local restaurants, Japanese restaurants and 7-11 near by. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

AC in the bedroom flows to your bed or head so it’s not that comfortable to sleep. The neighborhood is a night life area (but not noisy at all, so rest assured on noise part).

Great room, great location

Room design was so good. Separate bed room and living room. They also provide wash machine so you can wash clothes in your room. Room is not too large but comfortable. There are many restaurants and bars around

Breakfast was not good, no buffet. I guest not enough guest stay to do a buffet. Should choose room only when make reservation. But coffee is ok.

Clean and satisfying

I have to say this is the best residence I had this time in Thailand. Much better than the so called 5 stars or 4 stars hotel in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The standard of cleanness is equal to International chain 5 stars hotel, also the breakfast from THE COMMON is highly spoken by my friends and family. Anyway, I would come back if I come to Thailand again.

Japanese style hotel close to red light area but still quiet and very central.

Large room excellent Japanese style breakfasts.

Stupid design fault means you can only access or leave the large bed inwardly so really only suitable for single occupancy.

Hotel for me is the definitive Curate's egg; the good the bad and the ugly.

Hotel reception could not do enough to help, always had a happy and positive approach. Great bed only problem was no space to getin and out of it from the left side. The freshwater pool although small was good.The staff managing hotel car parking were excellent.

Lack of cooking utensils suitable for microwave cooking. The balcony useful area was less than 1 square metre, overlooked an alley. Only space for 3 people to sunbathe. Hotel requires double glazing to keep noise down. View from my 6th floor bedroom was the side of next property 3 metres away. If driving a car make sure to load GPS co-ordinates for the car park, and Not the hotel front door address.

Excellent facilities in good location. Room on 8th floor had pool adjacent. Geoff breakfast selection.

Comparing to the price I paid, I had everything in this...

Comparing to the price I paid, I had everything in this super clean room that was required for a four-star hotel. The swimming pool is on 8th floor, not really high but you still get a good view over the sea and Sriracha city.

A few parking lots are available. The in-room air conditioner was quite noisy; I perhaps had no idea how to adjust it.

Great pool, more breakfast options please :)

- Great rooftop swimming pool, which luckily is open until 22:00 so you can chill there in the evening. Probably not a safe swimming pool for kids though. - Very cosy room/apartment with good A/C and generally brand new furniture. - The breakfast is a combination of a basic buffet (juice, tea, coffee, toasts, jam, salad) and a choice of a cooked breakfast (only american and japanese options). It was good for a few days but the lack of choices and the poor interior decor in the breakfast room would make it very boring after a few days. Breakfast is open till 10:00. - Reliable Wifi.

A tough to locate, but very nice/clean condo in a location close to everything Sri Racha

There is probably no better location in Sri Racha. One can walk to the end of the dock and take a ferry for 50 baht to get to Si Chang island, or walk up the street a short distance and be at the Robinson (Park) Mall where one can also hop on cheap minibuses or a song tao. In addition the park on the beach is lovely and right near the water the temp must lower 10 degrees.

I just didn't like the railings around the pool. A child could easily slip through/over the low wide rails...other than that and rather runny/greasy breakfast which is cheaper to purchase on location, Madera Residence exceeded my expectations.

This Hotel is a scam, I used a credit card to pay my room charge, it shoubl be settled in Thai currency, but the hotel staff said I must use my Hong Kong currency to check out the account, the result is HKD50 more than the HKD that shown by Booking.com, the attitude of the staff at the time was impatient!

Great Hotel Catered to Japaneses

Good facilities. The room was very clean and sufficient. Nice staff. Coffee and tea at Common Cafe was fantastic -- one of the best in town. Near dept store and convenient store.

The hotel is located near a Japan-town "red light district," but it was quiet during the day and fairly discreet during the night. Breakfast was not bad but can be improved.
